Kurt apparently made up the story about how he got his first guitar (by selling guns his mother threw in the river), but it's still interesting to hear this as I knew this existed, but hadn't listened to this until now.

'Green is the Color' with 'The Murderotic Women' - I would have liked the two tracks to be separate, but there was a lot of experimentation on the earlier bootleg albums.

I can remember first listening to a cassette tape of this album back in 1994-95; while working at a sound recording studio in SOHO, nyc. Oh, those ethereally uplifting vocals, so fragile and powerful at the same time!
